What happens when you delete your account

Data that is permanently deleted:

  • Your profile information (name, email, username, avatar)
  • Your theriotype and therian card
  • All messages you have sent (DMs and pack chats)
  • Your stories and associated media
  • Your card collection and XP history
  • Pack memberships
  • Push notification tokens
  • Notification history
  • Uploaded photos and videos

Data that may be retained:

  • Anonymized game results (your user ID is removed, but aggregate game statistics may persist)
  • Pack conversations where other members participated (the conversation remains for other members, but your messages are deleted)

Retention period:

All personal data is deleted immediately upon confirmation. There is no additional retention period. Media files hosted on our CDN are removed during the deletion process.

How to delete your account

Option 1 — From the app: Open Theri.App → Settings → Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm with your password.

Option 2 — From this page:

  1. Enter the email address associated with your account below.
  2. You will receive an 8-digit verification code by email.
  3. Enter the code and your account password to confirm.
  4. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

Ready to proceed?

This action is irreversible. All your data will be permanently deleted.
