Welcome to Theri.App. By using our mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Theri.App. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You may not create accounts for other people or use another person's account without permission.

3. User Conduct

When using Theri.App, you agree not to:

  • Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or hateful
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your identity
  • Harass, bully, stalk, or intimidate other users
  • Post sexually explicit or pornographic content
  • Share personal information of others without their consent
  • Spam, advertise, or solicit other users without authorization
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and post on Theri.App (including stories, messages, and profile information). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any user-generated content.

5. Content Moderation

Theri.App provides tools for users to report and block other users or content. We review reports and may take action including content removal, warnings, or account suspension. We are not obligated to monitor all content but reserve the right to do so.

6. Intellectual Property

The Theri.App name, logo, design, and all original content created by us are our intellectual property. The quiz system, theriotype descriptions, and card system are original creations. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

7. Location Services

Theri.App offers optional location-based features. By enabling location sharing, you consent to the collection and display of your approximate location to other users. You can disable this feature at any time in your profile settings.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. Account deletion is permanent and removes all your data from our servers. We may also suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or behavior of other users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Theri.App and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.

11. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded Theri.App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that: (a) these Terms are between you and Theri.App, not Apple; (b) Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app; (c) in the event of any failure of the app, Apple's only obligation is a refund of the purchase price (if any); (d) Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app; (e) Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.
